A promising young midfielder playing for Cofine Fc, Cross River State, identified as Emmanuel Amuna, has been killed by some hoodlums in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
It was reported that Amuna was heading home on Wednesday night when he was caught up in the unrest in Uyo and was allegedly hit by stray bullet.
The deceased who was getting set for a trial in Denmark before his death.
