Active cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria rises to 7,782 as NCDC confirms more infections
The total active cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the country has risen to 7,782.
This follows the confirmation of 67 new cases by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
According to the announcement made by the NCDC on Friday night in a post on its verified Facebook page, so far the country has recorded 164,147 cases since inception with 2,061 deaths while about 154,304 patients have been successfully treated and discharged.
