Arsenal Start EPL 2020/21 Campaign With Brilliant Momentum
The Gunners start their English Premier League 2020/21 campaign with a well deserved win over Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The first English Premier League match kicked off with Arsenal visiting Fulham in their home ground.
The match started with both sides looking sharp and having attempts towards goal. New signing, Gabriel Magalhaes struggled a bit to find his foot in his debut match as Kamara almost scored a goal from his mistake early in the first half.
However, Arsenal was the first to find the back of the net after Lacazette scrambled the ball past the Fulham goalkeeper in the 8th minute.
Fulham struggled to get a goal in the first half with Gabriel Magalhaes providing a quality performance at Arsenal’s backline. Willian almost gave Arsenal the second goal of the day with his stunning low drive free kick hitting the post bar during the late minutes of the first half.
Arsenal came out strong in the second half, with Gabriel Magalhaes scoring his fist goal in his debut match from a Willian’s corner-kick in the 49th minute.
The Gunners added to their tally, with a brilliant goal from the wonder man, Aubameyang after getting a good assist from Willian in the 57th minute.
This win for Arsenal see them start strong in their new season campaign as their fans hope they can replicate this momentum up to the last game of the 2020/21 football season.
