Former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav, has been reported dead.
The news of his death was disclosed by his personal assistant Torkuma Uke who said that Alhaji Tsav died at Federal Medical Centre, Makurdi, on Monday afternoon.
