British supermodel Georgina Cooper has sadly passed away at 46, just months after her wedding. Cooper, a mother of one, was vacationing with her new husband, Nigel, on the Greek island of Kos when she suddenly fell ill. Initially taken to the island’s main hospital, her condition worsened, prompting doctors to arrange for her transfer via air ambulance to Crete, where she was admitted to intensive care. She remained in the ICU for five days before passing away, and her body was returned to England last week.
Her former agent, Dean Goodman, shared the heartbreaking news, saying, “She loved Greece and was excited to return with her husband, but tragically passed away a fortnight ago.” Goodman revealed that Cooper had faced health challenges since the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to frequent hospital visits. “She had plans for the future, having just married and looking forward to her life. Everyone is devastated. She was a genuine superstar.”
