The United States Of America has banned all travel into the US by non-citizens who live been in Brazil citing the Covid19 situation in the Brazil as the country become the second worst hit by the pandemic after the US.
National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien while speakin to CBS’s Face the Nation programme said, “We hope that it will be temporary, but because of the situation in Brazil, we’re going to take every step necessary to protect the American people,”
Brazil currently has about 375,000 confirmed cases of Covid19 and over 24,000 casualties. its is the worst hit country in South America and the second worst hit country in the world.
