Pastor Ize-Iyamu, governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), is currently trailing behind Godwin Obaseki of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), with 50,000 votes less.
Out of the results of 10 local government areas declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Obaseki secured victory across eight, leaving his opponent with two.
