Governor Sanwo-Olu Reacts To #LekkiMassacre, Visits Victims At Hospital (photos)
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has visited the victims of the Lekki shooting.
The governor described the shooting of protesters as unfortunate and sad, and stated that the shooting is “beyond direct control” of government, however, assured that Lagos state will “come out stronger.
According to Governor Sanwo-Olu, there are currently ten patients at the General Hospital, 11 at Reddington and four at Vedic with mild to moderate levels of injuries. He added that two patients are receiving intensive medical care.
The governor further stated that three patients have, however, been discharged. He promised that the government will continue to monitor and ensure all patients get the best care.
