Kelly Preston has died from breast cancer at the age of 57.
The actress, who is John Travolta’s wife, had been battling the disease for two years.
In less than a week, Death has rocked the Hollywood villa, taking stars along such as Benjamin Keough and the presumed death of Naya Rivera.
Travolta took to Instagram to notify the public and his wife’s fans about the death of Kelly Preston, “It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer, She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many. Kelly’s love and life will always be remembered”.
He further said, “I will be taking some time to be there for my children who have lost their mother, so forgive me in advance if you don’t hear from us for a while. But please know that I will feel your outpouring of love in the weeks and months ahead as we heal.”
It was reported that she chose to keep her fight against cancer private, she had been undergoing medical treatment for some time, supported by her closest family and friends.
Kelly Preston starred in notable films like SpaceCamp (1986), Jerry Maguire (1996) and For Love of the Game (1999). Her last acting credit was in Gotti (2018) where she starred alongside her husband, John Travolta as Victoria Gotti.
