A fight has broken out at the ongoing public hearing organised by the House of Representatives on the Petroleum Industry Bill as members of the host communities engage in physical combat exchanging blows.
The fight started when one of the Itsekiri leaders in Delta state stood up to speak when the host communities were called upon to make their submissions.
He was opposed by other members of the host communities and a fight ensued.
It took the effort of the police to stop the leaders from further fighting.
