According to various tallies on Wednesday night, over 900,000 death cases from COVID-19 has been recorded around the world.
The worldwide recorded cases also topped 27.8 million. However, out of the confirmed cases, 19,913,775 people have recovered while the number of active cases is 7,018,807.
The world’s worst affected country remains the United States, with total cases exceeding 6.3 million and deaths exceeding 190,000.
India is in second place with over 4.3 million cases and nearly 74,000 dead, followed by Brazil which has over 4.1 million cases and more than 127,000 deaths.
