Queen Dami Responds to Portable’s Accusations, Alleges Abuse
Queen Dami, the estranged partner of controversial Nigerian singer Portable, has responded to his allegations of infidelity and claims that she experienced five miscarriages during their relationship. In a social media post, Queen Dami accused Portable of domestic abuse, threats, and public humiliation.
This comes after Portable criticized her during a TikTok live session, accusing her of being unfaithful and engaging in “runs.” In her response, Queen Dami refuted the claims, calling Portable’s accusations baseless and pointing out his history with multiple partners.
“Useless man, you said I didn’t get pregnant for you. Who will get pregnant for a man with a lot of baby mamas? Which house did you rent for me? Is that what your mates rent for their wives? You made me cry for no reason and falsely accused me, you shall be unfortunate,” she said.
She further revealed that Portable initiated their relationship by messaging her directly, contrary to his claims.
“You said you would use me for rituals. You beat me every time. I was advertising my products on the live video when you came to embarrass me. Why are you calling me your wife? Have you paid my dowry?” she added.
Queen Dami also shared disturbing details of alleged physical abuse, claiming Portable’s actions left her with scars and, on one occasion, caused her to pass out.
“I have scars of your beating all over my body. I have no car, I hop on bikes everywhere I go, yet your wife drives nice cars everywhere. All the useless women that had kids for you will soon come to their senses,” she said.
Responding to Portable’s insinuations about her past relationship with the late Alaafin of Oyo, Queen Dami denied any impropriety.
“I didn’t kpai the Alaafin. I had left the palace before he passed away. No man has slept with me since I started my relationship with you. God will judge between us,” she clarified.
The public dispute has sparked significant social media reactions, with many criticizing the toxic dynamics of their relationship. Observers have called for both parties to address their issues privately, away from public scrutiny.
