The Security Operatives in Rivers State rescued a Lebanese National, Mr. Bilal Nosser after he escaped from his abductors in a forest in Ndashi, Etche Local Government Area.
The Lebanese who is also a renowned actor was kidnapped in the early hours of Saturday in the neighbouring Imo State.
