The United States have offered relief materials to Russia as the number of coronavirus cases in the country exceeds 300,000 the highest number of infections after the US.
Russia had earlier appeared to have the virus under control and initially sent Doctors to hard-hit countries like Italy, at the peak of the pandemic in the country sometime in April.
Over 200 ventilators was sent from US to Russia, including some medical equipment to help with the Covid19 situation. The Russian President, Vladimir Putin thanked the US for coming to their aid at such difficult time.
Russia has over 318,000 cases of Covid19 and has recorded 3000 + deaths so far.
