“The so called insecurity in Rivers State is being perpetrated by SARS” – Governor Wike (See Video)

Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has accused the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) of perpetrating insecurities in the state.

In an interview with Channels TV, he said SARS are the kingpin of kidnapping, robbery and extortion, saying no other states spend as much as Rivers in Insecurity.
