The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday said Nigeria has recorded 216 new cases of COVID-19 and 4 additional death linked to the virus.
This resulted to a total number of 54,463 infections in the country. 42,439 persons have been successfully treated and discharged, while 1027 death cases were recorded to the virus, according to the NCDC.
