The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday said Nigeria has recorded 97 new cases of COVID-19 and 3 additional death linked to the virus.
This resulted to a total number of 57,242 infections in the country. 48,569 persons have been successfully treated and discharged, while 1098 death cases were recorded to the virus, according to the NCDC.
