The Nigerian police has filed a suit at the federal high court Abuja seeking an order to stop judicial panels of injury probing allegations of right abuses and other acts of brutality of the disbanded SARS and other tactic units.
The police in the suit FHC/ABJ/CS/1492/2020 is challenging the legality of the judicial panels in investigating its actions in that it is a federal and not a state agency.
