Abia State University, ABSU, is reportedly demanding N15,000 “pandemic prevention fee” from students as they return for the completion of their 2019/2020 academic session.
According to a now viral memo signed by the institution’s registrar, Acho Elendu, all payments has to be paid through the school’s online payment system before the commencement of exam and they have to show evidence of payment before entry into the university campuses
