The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday said Nigeria has recorded 221 new cases of COVID-19 and additional 3 deaths linked to the virus.
This resulted to a total number of 53,021 infections in the country. 40,281 persons have been successfully treated and discharged, while 1010 death cases were recorded to the virus, according to the NCDC.
