BREAKING: Nigeria Records 555 New Cases of COVID-19, Total Cases Exceeds 40,000

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday said Nigeria has recorded 555 new cases of COVID-19 and an additional 2 deaths linked to the virus.

This resulted to a total number of 40,532 infections in the country. 17,374 persons have been successfully treated and discharged, while 858 death cases have been recorded to the virus, according to the NCDC.
