Popular Nigerian musician, Molarin Falana, known as Falz, has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to reconstitute the governing board of the National Human Rights Commission.
Falz in a letter seen on Thursday said the absence of the governing council as required by the law had led to the aggravation of human rights abuses in the country.
