The Minister of State for Education, Emeka Nwajiuba stated on Monday, June 8 at the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 in Abuja, that schools may only reopen after the ban on interstate travel is lifted as students will have need to move from place to place. We are not willing to risk the health of our children said the minister.
The Federal Government had shut down all schools since the month of March as a measure to curb the spread of the Covid19 in the country.
