In a Church service at the Nations Capital, Dodoma, the President of Tanzania, John Magufuli said that God had ended the coronavirus crisis in the nation.
The Country stopped releasing updates on the virus April 29, which up until then had recorded 509 cases with 21 deaths and 183 recovered. The President prior t0 the time he declared the nation free reported that only four cases was left which were being attended to.
The President thanked the various religious groups in the country for their importunity in praying and fasting for the salvation of their country and the for the world, and declared that their prayers have been answered.
