Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano has imposed a 24-hour curfew starting from 8pm in the state.
He announced this via his official Twitter page. He tweeted:
“@WillieMObiano declares 24 hour curfew, starting from 8pm today. All Schools and markets closed. All social gathering at 8pm closed.
“Earmarks N200 million compensation for families and victims of disbanded SARS/police brutality.”
