There was a fire outbreak at Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST) headquarters in Abuja earlier today.
This is coming just one week after the NIPOST staff (excluding the junior officers) were asked to resume duties at the office due to the ease of the total lockdown by the Federal Government.
The fire started during working hours from the second floor of the building with many staff trapped inside, the situation was later eased with the arrival of the Fire Service who successfully put out the fire.
