Chicago-born rapper Polo G has been arrested and held in custody since Saturday on felony charges of concealed weapon possession in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles.

According to law enforcement sources, the 25-year-old rapper was pulled over for speeding when LAPD officers discovered a loaded gun in his vehicle during a search. Polo G, whose real name is Taurus Bartlett, was immediately taken into custody.

This arrest comes at a critical time for the rapper, who recently released his fourth album, Hood Poet, in August. Polo G has faced multiple legal issues this year, including a weapons charge in New York City in April and a similar arrest in Burbank last year.

As of now, Polo G remains in custody, sparking concerns about the future of his Hood Poet Tour, scheduled to begin in just three days. The delay may jeopardize the start of his tour, leaving fans and promoters uncertain about upcoming performances.
