The Lagos State Government has announced that all public and private schools below tertiary level in the State will remain closed indefinitely due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a statement issued by the Head of Public Affairs, Lagos State Ministry of Education, Mr. Kayode Abayomi, the recent directive makes it mandatory that all schools earlier scheduled to resume on 4th of January, 2021, must remain closed until a new resumption date is announced.
