Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and X, has expressed interest in acquiring the Premier League football club Liverpool FC, according to his father, Errol Musk.

During an interview on *Times Radio* in London, Errol was questioned about his son’s potential plans to purchase the iconic football club. When asked if Elon had expressed a desire to buy Liverpool, Errol initially deflected, saying, “I can’t comment on that. They’ll raise the price,” accompanied by a laugh.

Pressed further, he admitted, “Oh, yes. But that doesn’t mean he’s buying it. He would like to, yes, obviously. Anybody would want to – so would I!”

Elon Musk, with an estimated net worth of $418 billion, appears to be considering a move into the world of football, potentially adding Liverpool FC to his expansive business empire. While no official steps toward a purchase have been confirmed, Musk’s interest in the club has sparked widespread speculation.

For now, Liverpool fans will have to wait and see if the tech mogul’s ambitions extend to the football pitch.
