The Federal Government of Nigeria have closed in on a British Aircraft for violation of the flight ban on commercial travels.
This was made public by the Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika on Sunday via his Official Twitter handle, @hadisirika.
According to the Minister, the erring company, Flair Aviation, was only permitted to conduct humanitarian flights but was caught operating commercial flights.
He further explained that in addition to the confiscated aircraft, a “penalty” would be imposed on the company for the contravention of Federal Government’s ban on commercial travels as part of measures to curb the spread of coronavirus in the country.
