BREAKING: Nigeria Records 593 New Cases of COVID-19; Total Cases Exceeds 50,000

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday said Nigeria has recorded 593 new cases of COVID-19 and additional 4 deaths linked to the virus.

This resulted to a total number of 50,488 infections in the country. 37,304 persons have been successfully treated and discharged, while 985 death cases were recorded to the virus, according to the NCDC.
