Former Federal Commissioner for Works, Rear Admiral Olufemi Olumide is dead.
He died after a brief illness in Abeokuta, Ogun State, his home town.
He was 82.
Olumide was Flag Officer Commanding, Naval Dockyard, Lagos and Chief of Material, Naval Headquarters, Lagos.
He served in many capacities in the Nigerian Navy before retiring in the eighties.
