Nothing seems to be certain for now regarding the ruling All Progrssive Congress, APC, especially in Edo State.
Anslem Ojezua, Chairman APC In Edo was reported to have rejected the Hope Uzodinma-led Committee which was recently inaugurated by Hilliard Eta because it was done at a time when the party was dealing with lot of controversies.
Reacting to the creation of the committee by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the APC, Ojezua noted that Victor Giadom by court order is the acting national chairman of the party and that the APC Uzodinma-led committee does not have the approval of the party’s National Executive Committee (NEC) before setting up the committee.
In Ojezua’s statement, He said “In the light of the above, we have no option than to reject the Uzodinma-led committee.”
This rejection continues to pollute the air concerning the power tussle in Edo State and APC at large.
