Edo PDP: Director, Commissioners and Members Of Obaseki Governorship Campaign Resign From Their Appointments
The Director of Obaseki/Shaibu Edo Governorship Campaign, Mr Patrick Iyoha, has resigned from his appointment.
Iyoha in a letter dated July 28, addressed to Gov. Godwin Obaseki, said that his resignation was with immediate effect and due to personal reason.
Similarly, two members, Mr Gabriel Oiboh, Chairman, State Post Primary Education Board, and Mr Osanyemwere Osawe also rendered their letters of resignation to the governor following presure to defer to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Meanwhile, three commissioners of the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Area Development Commission had on Monday resigned from their appointments.
The commissioners were,Osamwonyi Atu, Emmanuel Odigie and Rilwanu Oshiomhole. They each represented Edo South, Edo Central and Edo North senatorial districts.
