Some recovered patients from the covid19 virus has lamented of stigmatization by the masses after being discharged into the society.
A victim of such in Jigawa State narrated his ordeal after having fully recovered from coronavirus and was discharged, he faced stigmatization amongst his peers and was subsequently asked to suspend attendance of any social or religious gathering for several months.
Mr. Abba, the Commisoner for health in the state expressed great displeasure about the situation and insisted that Covid19 recovered patients pose no absolute threat to the health of other people.
Also about 281 persons have been discharged from various isolation centers across the country as at Sunday, May 31st bringing the total number of Covid19 recoveries in Nigeria to 3007.
