It was a heroic welcome for Nyesom Wike, Governor of Rivers State and national chairman of the PDP national campaign committee for the gubernatorial election in Edo, as he returned to Rivers state after the Edo guber election.
The governor was showered with encomiums by huge crowd for leading PDP to a remarkable victory in the southsouth state.
Wike arrived Port Harcourt with top members of PDP and cabinet members on Sunday September 20.
The governor waved to the joyous teeming supporters who saluted his courageous leadership and political prowess which earned Governor Godwin Obaseki a landslide reelection victory against all odds.
